POINT LOOKOUT, Missouri - The WVU Tech men's basketball program will play its fifth all-time national tournament game when the ball tips off at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday from Keeter Gymnasium in Point Lookout, Missouri.
The matchup consists of No. 5 Robert Morris University and a Golden Bear team that will participate in the NAIA Division II National tournament for the first time. The team has participated at the Division I level in the past.
RECORDS
- Tech enters as a No. 7 seed and is 0-4 overall in a NAIA National Tournament contest, with the first four appearances being at the DI level.
- The Eagles are a No. 2 seed and this appearance marks the 14th trip to the dance for the team.
