TAKOMA PARK, Maryland -- WVU Tech men's basketball fell at Washington Adventist University Tuesday evening, snapping its eight-game winning streak with a score of 84-65. The Golden Bears now hold a record of 11-2 while the Shock move to 5-3 including a loss to Tech on November 16, 84-87.
Three Golden Bears hit double-digits including senior
Brandon Shingles who recorded a team-high 19 points to go with five assists, three rebounds and a steal.
Fellow senior
Tommy Collins posted 11 points, four rebounds and a steal while sophomore
Tamon Scruggs came off the bench to mark ten points, eight rebounds and three steals.

Elisha Boone and sophomore
Junior Arrey finished with seven points each. Boone pulled down a team-high nine rebounds.
Tech was held to 36.8 percent (25-for-68) shooting from the field while the Shock finished at 41.8 percent (28-for-67). Washington Adventist also held the advantage in rebounds, 50-41.
The Shock and game were led by Therence Mayimba who posted 27 points and 11 boards.
The Golden Bears return to River States Conference (RSC) play Saturday when they travel to Point Park University.
