vs. IU SOUTHEAST (January 4)
- Suffered their first River States Conference (RSC) loss this season after falling to Indiana University Southeast 80-54.
- Junior Savannah Shamblin led Tech with 14 points to go with four rebounds, three assists and two steals.
- Freshman Brittney Justice poured in nine points and had two steals while junior Alexandra Combs finished with eight points including a 2-for-5 from effort from three-point range.
- Combs also pulled down five boards and had two steals.
- Sophomore Katelyn Byrd came off the bench to mark a game-best eight rebounds, six offensive, and posted four points.
- Freshman Alexandria Gray and sophomore Laura Requena recorded four rebounds each.

vs. ASBURY (January 18)
- Pulled out a 91-90 victory over (RV) Asbury University.
- Freshman Andreas Jönsson poured in a career-high 24 points to lead the team including a 7-for-10 effort from beyond the arc.
- Junior Brandon Shingles finished 5-for-10 from three-point range towards 22 points while marking six rebounds, five assists and two steals.
- Shingles also hit the jumper that put Tech over the edge for the win, knocking down a shot with 11 seconds left to play and lifting Tech to the 91-90 W.
- Junior Thomas Collins recorded 15 points, seven rebounds, one assist and one steal.
- Senior Michael Scott had 12 points and three rebounds.
- Junior Cole Schoolcraft passed out a game-best eight assists with no turnovers and had five rebounds.
- Freshman Tamon Scruggs pulled down seven boards to go with four points and a block.
- Tech and Asbury were almost equal on the floor, finishing 42.5 percent (31-for-73) and 42.4 percent (28-for-66) respectively.

LAST SERIES
- The Golden Bears finished 0-4 during the Grizzly Classic, falling to Bryan (0-1, 8 innings) before dropping three to No. 7 Georgia Gwinnett (0-8, 0-14, 0-8).
- Tech managed five hits during the weekend including one each from senior Kayla Harbin, sophomore Annika Ponton, juniors Kacie Cahill and Skyla Connelly and freshman Olivia Morey.
- Connelly also marked a stolen base for the Gold and Blue.
- In the circle, sophomore Karina Atanacio struck out seven batters after eight innings pitched, giving up just five hits and zero earned runs.

- The inaugural RSC Indoor Track and Field Championship was held Friday, February 9 at Tiffin University's Heminger Center and the WVU Tech men finished third overall and the women finished sixth.
