BECKLEY, West Virginia -- WVU Tech volleyball took down Carlow University 3-0 in River States Conference (RSC) play Friday evening in Van Meter Gym. After scores of 25-17, 25-12, 25-15 for the W, the Golden Bears boost their record to 16-10, 5-5 (RSC) while the Celtics move to 6-14, 0-10 (RSC).

Katelyn Byrd led all attackers with 17 kills to go with six digs, a service ace and an assist.
Fellow senior
Carolina Bologna finished with eight kills, four digs, three assists, two block solos and an assist.
Sophomore
Abigail Hill posted six kills, four digs and an assist.
Senior
Konstantina Pateli marked a match-high 32 assists to go with seven digs four service aces and three kills.

Valentina Abondano picked up eight digs each while junior
Sawyer Hawgood had seven.

Emily Kidd put down five blocks to lead the match while recording four kills.
