CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio -- WVU Tech women's soccer's three-game winning streak was ended Saturday afternoon after falling to River States Conference (RSC) opponent Ohio Christian University, 2-1. The Golden Bears now hold a record of 3-4, 2-1 (RSC) while the Trailblazers move to 7-3, 4-0 (RSC).

Ohio Christian posted both their goals in the first half when Brooke Lezotte (17' and 20') found the back of the net.

Tech's lone goal came from freshman Sydney Krakat in the 65^th minute. The score marks Krakat's second collegiate goal.

Sophomore goalkeeper Jenna Miller (3-4) made three saves in 90 minutes of play. The Trailblazer's keeper, Brittany Hanson, was forced to make five Golden Bear stops.

The team will return to action Thursday, October 10 when they travel to Brescia University for more conference play.
