REGULAR SEASON VS. ALICE LLOYD (JANUARY 15)
- took an 81-71 victory over Alice Lloyd College.
- WVU Tech trailed 38-37 at the half and staged a comeback to boost its record to 12-8, 7-1 (RSC) while the Eagles move to 9-6, 6-3 (RSC).
- Junior Laura Requena marked a career-high of 24 points while pulling down 14 boards for the double-double.
- Senior Savannah Shamblin recorded 21 points including finishing 5-for-5 from three-point range.
- Shamblin also had five assists, a block and a steal.
- Sophomore Brittney Justice posted her fourth double-double of the season with 17 points and ten rebounds while giving five assists.
- Senior Alexandra Combs had eight points and four rebounds while sophomore Whittney Justice had seven points and six rebounds.
- The two each had three assists and a steal.
- The team finished 31-for-68 (45.6 percent) from the field while the Eagles shot 25-for-63 (39.7 percent).
- Tech also held the advantage in rebounds, 43-34.

REGULAR SEASON VS. IU KOKOMO (JANUARY 26)
- Tech suffered just its second River States Conference (RSC) loss of the season at Indiana University Kokomo, 89-82.
- Senior Elisha Boone led the game with 27 points on 11-for-19 shooting and finished with a double-double including 14 rebounds.
- He also marked three assists and two steals.
- Fellow classmate Brandon Shingles marked 19 points while sophomore Junior Arrey had 14 points.
- Senior Tommy Collins posted ten points and five rebounds.
- IU Kokomo was led by Trequan Spivey who poured in 26 points while Akil McClain posted 24 points.
- The Cougars held a big advantage in rebounds, 43-29 while shooting 48.3 percent (29-for-60) from the field compared to Tech's 45.8 percent (27-for-59).

- The Golden Bears fell in game one 9-1 before narrowly falling in the nightcap 9-8.

- The Golden Bears tallied five hits including one each from Kennedy Batchelor, Jacey Bertalan, Ciara Jimenez, Ashley Daniels and Skylar Connelly.
- Pitcher Karina Atanacio earned Tech's lone RBI while Jimenez scored the run.
- Both Jimenez and Bertalan knocked doubles for the Gold and Blue.
- Atanacio was given the loss in the circle after 3.1 innings of work. She struck out three batters while giving up six runs.
- Rienhardt's Hayes was awarded the win after a complete game and four strike outs.

- Tech finished with 12 hits in game two including a multi-hit game from Batchelor (2) and Jimenez (3).
- RBI were racked up by Batchelor, Annika Ponton (2), Lauren Oxford and Jimenez.
- Ponton knocked Tech's first long ball, a two-run home run, of the season in the top of the fourth.
- Stolen bases were credited to Jimenez, Connelly and Kelsey Moore (2).
- Taylor Dickerson took the loss after pitching 3.1 innings and striking out two batters.
- Amanda McDonald also saw action in the circle, retiring one batter via strikes.
- Ansley Byers of Reinhardt was awarded the win, finishing with three strike outs after throwing for 3.1 innings.
