BECKLEY, West Virginia --Â The Golden Bears of women's soccer and Indiana University Kokomo finished the Saturday River States Conference (RSC) match-up even at 1-1 after double overtime in Beckley. WVU Tech now holds a record of 2-2-2, 1-2-2 (RSC) while the Cougars move to 2-5-1, 1-2-1 (RSC).

IU Kokomo answered back off a penalty kick in the 82nd minute, recording a goal from Keely Hoopingarner.

Jenna Miller went the distance protecting the net for 110 minutes and making six saves for the Gold and Blue.
The Cougars' keeper, Erica Bolinger, was forced to stop ten Golden Bear attempts in the complete game.
Tech will continue play at home when they host Brescia University Thursday, October 15.
