CENTERVILLE, Indiana -- WVU Tech men's soccer earned a 1-0 shutout over Indiana University East in River States Conference (RSC) action Saturday. The Golden Bears now hold a record of 7-4-1, 3-1-1 (RSC) while the Red Wolves move to 1-11, 1-4 (RSC).
Luis Alejandro Jaimes posted the only goal in 90 minutes, finding the back of the net in the second half (54') off an assist from
Jason Constable.
In goal,
Lucas Rivera Paramio made four stops for Tech and the W. IU East's keeper, Alex Visscher, also posted four saves while allowing one goal in 90 minutes.
The Gold and Blue will return to the pitch Thursday when they travel to Oakland City University.
