BECKLEY, West Virginia -- WVU Tech women's basketball dropped a 91-59 decision to No. 3 Campbellsville University Saturday afternoon. The Golden Bears now have a record of 0-4 while the Tigers move to 3-0.
Brianna Ball led the way on offense for the Gold and Blue, finishing with a game-high 18 points to go with two rebounds.
Brittney Justice poured in 14 points while
Whittney Justice had ten points to round out Tech's top scorers. W. Justice also had seven assists and three boards while B. Justice had three steals and a rebound.
Elle Baker was the game's leader under the boards, pulling down nine rebounds while
Emily Hutchinson posted five rebounds.
Alanis Hill finished with six assists to go with two points and two steals.
The Golden Bears will begin River States Conference play next, facing Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Tuesday, November 16.
