PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania -- WVU Tech volleyball ended its ten-match losing streak with a 3-0 (25-12, 25-21, 25-10) River States Conference (RSC) win at Carlow University Saturday. The Golden Bears now hold a record of 4-13, 1-1 (RSC) while the Celtics move to 8-2, 1-2 (RSC).
Sophomore
Madison Boswell led the attack for the Gold and Blue with 14 kills.Â
Senior
Brooklyn Cook finished with 11 kills while picking up 14 digs for the double-double.
Julia McClanahan, a junior, put out a match-high 35 assists and had 11 digs for her own double-double.
Fellow junior
Emma Leach also hit double-digits in the back row with ten digs.
Tech will return home for the next match, hosting Alice Lloyd College in more conference action Friday, September 30.
