RIO GRANDE, Ohio -- WVU Tech volleyball dropped a 3-0 (25-22, 25-16, 25-20) decision in the Emileigh Cooper Memorial Classic Championship Saturday against Point Park University. The Golden Bears are now 3-4 this season while the Pioneers move to 3-0.

Freshman Ally Morris led the team with 20 assists while junior Julia McClanahan finished with 12.

Sophomore Madison Boswell produced ten kills while senior Coralys Maldonado Rivera and junior Ana Muniz Rocandio put down eight and seven respectively. 

Brooke Presley, a sophomore, and Muniz Rocandio picked up 16 digs each while junior Emma Leach had 11.

Tech's home opener is next, scheduled for this Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Van Meter Gym against Concord University.
