ATHENS, Tenn. – The (RV) WVU Tech men's soccer team fell 1-0 at (RV) Tennessee Wesleyan University in their season opener Friday.
 
After the Golden Bears had five shot attempts compared to the Bulldogs one, TWU found the back of the net in the second half at 52'.

• Marcos Garcia Aldama had one shot on goal in his first collegiate soccer game.
• Nicholas Ihnat also had a shot on goal.
• Ramon Ferrari made one save after 45 minutes in net. 
• Aldama, Alejandro Benito Martínez, Sander van Oevelen Giménez and Lorenz van den Berg made their collegiate debuts.
• Luka Felix, Julian Diaz and Tiago Moreira each played all 90 minutes.
