BECKLEY, W.Va. -- WVU Tech men's soccer defeated Washington Adventist University 4-2 in its home opener Sunday at Paul Cline Stadium. The game ended with about six minutes left to play in regulation due to an injury on the field.

• Tech's first goal was scored by Ollie Corris and assisted by Lorenz van den Berg in the sixth minute.

• The Golden Bears' final goal came from Christian Piewe (48').
