WVU Tech wrestling finishes season at AAC Championship

MARIETTA, Ga. -- WVU Tech wrestling finished ninth at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championship to finish its 2024-2025 campaign.

BOUT WINS

Rouse finished sixth at 125 lbs. and had a bout win by major decision (17-6) versus Tate Thomas (Truett McConnell).
Underwood was also sixth (at 285 lbs.), posting a 16-2 decision and a fall (2:04) in his bout wins.
Roby scored a fall (2:41) over Carlos Nunez of Montreat College.
Harris grappled to a technical fall (21-4) against Conner Wright (Brewton-Parker).
Vincent recorded a fall over Chi Anderson (Truett McConnell) at 1:10.
Da Silva pinned his opponent, Randall West (Pikeville), at 2:11.
Turney had a technical fall (18-1) against Shane Brakke (Keiser).
