Men's Soccer

PIKEVILLE, Ky. -- WVU Tech men's soccer picked up its first victory of the 2025 season with a 1-0 shutout at University of Pikeville. The Golden Bears combined a strong defensive effort with timely offense, securing the win behind a balanced team performance.

Highlights

Freshman Leny Duperray scored the game-winner, netting his first collegiate goal.
Christian Piewe provided the assist to set up the decisive play.
Senior goalkeeper Luka Felix recorded four saves to earn the clean sheet.
Back line anchored by Nicholas Ihnat, Dylan Matthew Wilkes and Nicklas Träm helped limit Pikeville to just seven total shots.
