Personal: Daughter of Tedd and Cindy Couchman...majoring in criminal justice.

High School: Graduated from Charles W. Baker High School in 2016...participated in soccer, track and field and lacrosse...earned varsity letters in soccer (4), track and field (5) and lacrosse (1)....earned many accolades including first team all-league for soccer (2013, 2014 and 2015), indoor track and field (2013, 2014 and 2015) and outdoor track and field (2015) and second team all-star league for soccer (2012) and lacrosse (2013)...earned fourth in the federation and fifth in the sate for the 4x400 relay and participated at the New Balance Nationals in 2014...earned the principles award in 2014 and 2015 while helping lead her team to a sectional, regional and state runners-up championship in 2015...was the leading scorer for her team (2014) while she became a Class AA League, Sectional Long Jump Champion in 2015.
