At Tech: Earned second team All-Conference accolades in 2019...named Golden Bear Player of the Week...made the Dean's List.

Before Tech: Attended and played baseball at Kentucky Wesleyan College for two semesters...a Welch Scholar.

High School: Graduated from East Carter High School in 2017...played baseball and basketball...earned four varsity letters in baseball... 4 year starter and letter winner at catcher and 3rd base, Selected to the KHSCA East All-Star Team as a Sophomore and Junior, Selected to the All-District and All-Area Teams as a Junior and Senior, 2016 KY Pre-Season All-State Team, 2017 voted as the All-Area Player of the Year, 16th Region Player of the Year, a finalist for the KY Gatorade Player of the Year and received All State Honors, Voted by his teammates as the Defensive Player of the Year and the East Carter Raider of the Year, Recorded a four year career batting average of .430 and was listed in 2017 as the number four all time batting average leader for a single season in the State of Kentucky with a .644 batting average...a distinguished scholar 2010-17...played travel ball for KC Diamond Bats, Huntington Hounds and Louisville Vipers.
