WVU Tech Athletics

Sam Laughton came to WVU Tech in 2012, playing in over 60 games for the men’s soccer program. Laughton scored 32 goals in this time and was part of the team that won two USCAA national championships, with one runner-up finish.

In his senior year, Sam was part of the KIAC First Team All-Conference and a member of the team that qualified for the NAIA national tournament for the first time in the program's history.

Laughton graduated in May 2015 with a bachelors degree in business management and a minor in Sport Management.
