WVU Tech Athletics

Alexis Phillips enters her first season as the assistant women’s basketball coach for the WVU Tech program. Phillips comes to the Beckley campus after a successful playing career at Concord University. She played five seasons for the Mountain Lions and Concord had 20 wins in two of her first three seasons. During Phillips' first season Concord was nationally ranked on three different occasions.

Phillips graduated from Concord in 2022 with her bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Alexis graduated from Concord in 2024 with a master’s degree Health Promotions. She currently resides in Beckley, W.Va.
