Sophomore third baseman Megan Blythe has been named the Golden Bear Star Performer for March 19-26.

In five games, Blythe, who has marked at least one hit in six of seven games played, was 8-for-20 with four RBI, three runs and three doubles.

The highlight of her weekend at the USCAA Preseason Tournament in Elizabethtown, Ky. was a 3-for-4, three RBI, one run, one double performance in Tech's 13-10 loss against Roosevelt University in Friday's second game.
