Freshman Alexandria Gray has been named a Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for December 20, 2017 - January 3, 2018.

Gray, who hails from Charleston, West Virginia, poured in 11 points on 4-for-5 shooting against No. 10 Indiana Tech December 31. The freshman was a perfect 3-for-3 from beyond the arc.

This game marked the second consecutive contest Gray has produced double-digits, scoring 15 against Indiana University East including 9-for-9 from the foul line (December 16).
