Box Score 2 BERRIEN SPRINGS, Michigan - WVU Tech men's soccer has moved to 14-1-1 and is riding a nine-game win streak after two wins in Michigan this weekend. Saturday the Golden Bears shutout Cleary University 2-0 then followed that up with a 9-1 win vs. Andrews University Sunday afternoon.
In the victory over Cleary, Tech netted goals off penalty kicks made by
Alex Pastor (20') and
Ryan Baker (89'). The team outshot their opponent, 19-5.
During the Golden Bears Sunday match-up, Tech saw goals from seniors
Glenroy Miller (2x),
Craig Mitchell (2x),
Roberto Martinez and
Zach Carnahan, sophomores
Daniel Ramirez and
Tobee Oleyele and freshman
Pepe Segarra. Assists were credited to juniors
Sam Laughton (2x) and
Michael Powell, Baker (2x), Oleyele, freshman
Joao Gigli and sophomore
Drew Lytton.

The Golden Bears are scheduled to host Virginia Western Community College Saturday, October 25 in Beckley, West Virginia for a 1:00 p.m. start. Tech defeated Virginia Western earlier this season at the Paul Cline Memorial Complex.
