GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania - The WVU Tech women's basketball team lost to Seton Hill University 106-65 Wednesday afternoon in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. The Golden Bears are now 5-5 this season while Seton Hill improves to 3-4.
Tech had two players finish in double-figures with senior
Nia Nolan leading the way with a game-high 22 points as well as three assists and a steal. Junior
Cheyanne Lusk posted 16 points to go with eight rebounds and team-highs with four assists and three steals.
Freshman
Rocio Ruiz-Berdejo pulled down a team-high nine rebounds and scored six points for the Golden Bears.
The Golden Bears held advantages over the Griffins in offensive rebounds (12-9) and forced turnovers (19-17).
Seton Hill was led by Kelly Brennan, who finished with 16 points and a rebound.
The team will return to the hardwood December 10 when they play host to Point Park University in Montgomery, West Virginia.
