MONTGOMERY, West Virginia — The WVU Tech men's basketball team defeated Indiana University Southeast in conference action Saturday afternoon in the Baisi Athletic Center. The Golden Bears move to 9-5, 2-1 (KIAC) after a score of 103-74 over the Grenadiers who are now 4-9, 0-1 (KIAC) this season.
Tech's complete active roster scored during the contest including six Golden Bears in double-digits. Sophomore guard
Ryan Atkins led the way again with 23 points, shooting 9-for-15 (60 percent) from the field. Junior guard
Paul Stone finished with 16 points and both guards pulled down a team-high seven rebounds.

Eddie Gordon recorded 16 points while junior point guard
Ra'Shaud Kincaid, junior center
Patrick Gnagbo and sophomore forward
Juwuan Wilson had ten each to round out the top offensive contributors for the Gold and Blue.
Kincaid had a contest-best six assists to go with three steals. Atkins brought his total to 40 assists this year by dishing five Saturday.
Freshman guard
Brandon Hamilton, a Camden, New Jersey native, had a career day by posting seven points including a perfect 4-for-4 showing at the foul line. Hamilton also earned new career-highs with five assists and two steals after 16 minutes of play off the bench.
As a team, the Golden Bears shot 54.9 percent (39-for-71) from the field and an efficient 82.4 percent (14-for-17) from the free throw line.
Jordan Coleman and Devon White posted 15 points each to lead IU Southeast.
The team will return to play in the new year when they travel to Davis & Elkins College Saturday, January 2.
