MONTGOMERY, West Virginia - The WVU Tech baseball team split a doubleheader versus Shawnee State University, falling in game one, 6-5 before winning 7-0 in game two at Douglas M. Epling Field Thursday afternoon. The Golden Bears boost their record to 21-16 while the Bears have a record of 14-19 this season.

WVU Tech will travel to Lawrenceville, Georgia this weekend to face Georgia Gwinnett College in a three-game series April 11-12.
