MONTGOMERY, West Virginia — WVU Tech volleyball dropped a 3-1 decision Tuesday evening to Salem International University, 25-21, 24-26, 17-25 and 23-25. The Golden Bears are now 0-6 in 2015 while the Tigers improve to 4-7.

Chelsea Dean was key on defense with a team-high 18 digs.

Michala Dean had 19 assists to go with six digs. Juniors

Madeline Gilson recorded 12 digs.
The Golden Bears return to action September 18 when they head to Asbury University for their first Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (KIAC) match of the season.
