Box Score CHARLOTTE, North Carolina -- Six Golden Bears scored in double-digits and WVU Tech women's basketball earned their second consecutive win after a 99-62 victory over Penn State Fayette during the J&W Tip Off Saturday afternoon. The Golden Bears hold a record of 2-3 in 2016 while the Roaring Lions are now 0-2.

Senior Cheyanna Lusk led with 16 points, dished a game-high six assists, pulled down six rebounds and grabbed four steals.

Senior Keymonisha Dudley and junior Zjhane West finished with 14 points each while sophomores Savannah Shamblin (13) and Alexandra Combs (11) and senior Brooke Gee (11) also marked double-digits for the Golden Bears.

Gee had a double-double effort by grabbing a game-high 14 rebounds to go with two assists, two steals and a block. Towards Tech's 45 rebounds, Shamblin had six while West and freshman Laura Requena had five each.

As a team, Tech shot a season-high 53.2 percent (41-for-77) from the field while holding their opponent to just 32.3 percent (21-for-65). The Gold and Blue also held the advantage in rebounds (45-28), steals (16-15) and forced miscues (19-29).

Tech will return to the court Wednesday, November 9 for their home opener when they play host to the University of Pikeville. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.
