SOUTH CHARLESTON, West Virginia -- WVU Tech men's soccer, who was voted No. 21 in the NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll Tuesday evening, moved to 6-1-1 in 2016 after a 6-0 shutout against Marygrove College in South Charleston, West Virginia. The shutout marks Tech's third this season.

Hunter Moles moved to 6-1-1 after his eighth start and 83:08 minutes in goal. Moles, who was named River States Conference Defender of the Week on Monday, picked up six saves in his third shutout victory this season.
As a team, Tech posted 12 shots, 11 on goal while the Mustangs had nine shots, six on goal. Marygrove held the advantage in corner kicks, 5-1.
The Golden Bears will return to the pitch Saturday when they travel to Charlotte, North Carolina to face Johnson & Wales Charlotte at 3 p.m.
