- Dropped a 2-1 contest to (RV) Georgetown College.
- The Golden Bears went into halftime trailing 1-0 before junior Tristen Kilman scored the equalizer in the 58th minute off the assist from senior Alexandra Klein.
- The Tigers answered back fast, scoring the winning goal in minute 59.
- Klein led the team with two shots on goal while Kilman, senior Alyssa Capon, sophomore Caitlin Foster and junior Tyler Graves each finished with one shot on goal.
- Junior goalkeeper Martha Reyna (4-3) picked up seven saves in 90 minutes of play while allowing two goals.
- The team finished with ten shots (six on goal) compared to their opponent's 16 shots (ten on goal).
- Georgetown also held the advantage on corner kicks, 3-1.

- Six-match winning streak was snapped Saturday with a 3-1 decision at Indiana University East.
- In the Golden Bears' (11-8, 0-1 RSC) first River States Conference (RSC) contest in 2016, they fell to the Red Wolves (9-9, 2-1 RSC) with scores of 25-21, 23-25, 21-25 and 25-27.
- Junior Bailey Lotozo led the match on offense with 24 kills while senior libero Michala Dean was key on defense with a match-high 18 digs.
- Freshman Konstantina Pateli also led the match, posting 45 assists.

- Captured a 7-0 victory, their fourth consecutive, over Johnson and Wales University Charlotte Saturday afternoon in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- The Golden Bears now have four shutouts in 2016 and hold a record of 7-1-1.
- Freshman Eduardo Gutierrez recorded his fifth and sixth goals of 2016 while fellow classmate Ignacio Tellechea recorded his sixth and seventh.
- Gutierrez was assisted by senior Prince Idornigie (16') and freshman Sergio Sanchez (17').
- Tellechea was assisted by senior Daniel Ramirez (27') and junior Francisco Neto (33').
- Neto netted a goal (18') off the assist of senior Drew Lytton while Idornigie posted one in minute 45 off an assist from sophomore Santiago Cruz.
- Recording the only Golden Bear goal in the second half, freshman Carlos Tormo found the back of the net off another Lytton assist (81').
- Senior goalkeeper Hunter Moles (7-1-1) recorded his fourth shutout this season, recording one save in 90 minutes of play.
- Moles currently holds the No. 20 ranking in the nation (NAIA DI) for total saves (39).
- The Gold and Blue outshot their opponent 21 (16) - 4 (1) while also holding the advantage in corner kicks 7-1.

LAST MEET
- In the first meet hosted by WVU Tech in 30 years, the women's squad finished fourth out of seven teams in the WVU Tech Golden Bear Classic held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Beckley, West Virginia Saturday morning.
- Two runners competed for the men's team who finished without a team score.
- Senior Nikki Aleshire finished fourth to lead the Gold and Blue with a time of 22.39.1.
- Junior Kylie Lang followed close behind Aleshire with a time of 23:05.7 for a seventh-place showing.
- Sophomore Katie Ervin ran a 23:57.9 for a 12th place finish on the 5,000-meter course while senior Atiyyah Herron was 18th, running 25:26.9. Junior Cheyenne Davis completed Tech's top five with a time of 31:00.0 and a 35th place finish.
- For the men, freshman Nicolas Binfield competed, ending with a time of 32:21.2 (17th) and sophomore Jesse Griesheimer finished 19th with a time of 32:38.5.
