• Defeated Keiser University 2-1 at the YMCA Paul Cline Memorial Complex in Beckley, West Virginia.
• Sophomore Álvaro Adán posted his fifth career goal in the 62^nd minute before freshman Sergio Sanchez found the back of the net for his first collegiate goal off a header in the 72^nd minute.
• Sophomore Murray Kinnaird sent the perfect pass to Adán for the assist while fellow classmate Matias Pazos was credited with the assist to Sanchez.
• Senior goalkeeper Hunter Moles (2-0-1) recorded the win after marking four saves and allowing just one goal in 90 minutes of play.

LAST GAME

• Fell in their home opener to the University of Maine at Fort Kent 3-1 in Beckley, West Virginia at the YMCA Paul Cline Memorial Complex.
• Junior Tristen Kilman posted the Golden Bears' goal in the 51^st minute off a corner kick from fellow classmate Tyler Graves.
• The goal marks Kilman's second this season and tenth career goal.
• Graves, a defender for the Gold and Blue, now has two assists in 2016.
• Kilman led Tech with three shots (two on goal) while junior Ruby Bingham had two attempts at the goal.
• Junior goalkeeper Martha Reyna (2-1) had five saves in 90 minutes of play.
• For the game, UMFK held the edge in corner kicks (4-2), shots (16-8) and shots on goal (9-3).
