RIO GRANDE, Ohio -- WVU Tech volleyball ended their River States Conference regular season schedule with a 3-0 sweep at University of Rio Grande Tuesday evening. The Golden Bears are now 23-13, 6-10 (RSC) while the RedStorm hold a record of 5-28, 2-14 (RSC).
Senior
Bailey Lotozo and freshman
Lauren McCall both finished with 11 kills to lead the Gold and Blue. Junior
Ana Monteiro marked seven kills while sophomore
Carolina Bologna had five.
Freshman
Sawyer Hawgood picked up a match-high 20 digs while sophomore
Konstantina Pateli posted 12 and Lotozo recorded seven.
Pateli dished out a match-best 38 assists while producing five service aces.
The Golden Bears finish the regular season at No. 3 in the conference's east division behind Indiana University East (12-4 RSC) and Point Park University (10-6 RSC).
