LAST GAME
	- Stopped a three-game skid in comeback fashion, defeating NCAA DII Salem International University, 2-1.
 
	- The Golden Bears (5-4) were trailing the Tigers (2-6) 1-0 after the first half before goals from junior Lorena Moyers (67') and senior Tyler Graves (76') sealed the victory for Tech.
 
	- Moyers, who posted her third goal in 2017, was assisted by freshman Johanna Ribacke to score the equalizer for the Gold and Blue.
 
	- Ribacke, a native of Torne, Sweden, finished with seven shots on goal while Moyers marked one.
 
	- Graves, a defender for Tech, followed that up less than ten minutes later for the game-winning goal.
 
	- The Prince Frederick, Maryland native bounced the ball over Salem International's keeper off a free kick to mark her first goal in 2017 and fourth career score.
 
	- Senior goalkeeper, Martha Reyna, moves to 5-4 this season defending the goal after stopping three balls in 90 minutes of play.
 
	- Reyna now has 31 saves in 2017 and a save percentage of .738.
 
	- As a team, the Golden Bears recorded 16 shots on goal compared to their opponent's four.
 
	- Tech also held the advantage in corner kicks, 6-1.

	- Sophomore Konstantina Pateli marked her 2,000th career assist as WVU Tech volleyball dropped a River States Conference (RSC) battle to Indiana University East, 3-2.
 
	- After Tech took the first two sets, 25-23 (each), IU East answered back with three straight set wins, 21-25, 21-25 and 15-17.
 
	- Pateli now has a career total 2,033 assists after recording a team-best 50 to go with 13 digs, four block assists, three service aces and two kills.
 
	- The Athens, Greece native currently holds two top 15 rankings in the nation (NAIA) including No. 6 in total service aces (40) and No. 14 in total assists (706).
 
	- Senior Bailey Lotozo and freshman Lauren McCall finished with 16 kills each while junior Ana Monteiro had 11 and sophomore Carolina Bologna and freshman Michaela Hall had eight each for Tech's top offensive contributors.
 
	- Bologna led the defense at the net with six block assists.
 
	- Hall recorded five while McCall had four block assists.
 
	- In the back row, Monteiro picked up a team-high 24 digs while freshman libero Sawyer Hawgood posted 19 and sophomore Roytihala Brown had nine.

	- Dropped a double overtime battle to No. 8 Georgia Gwinnett College, 2-1.
 
	- Tech's unassisted goal came from junior Matias Pazos who sent the ball past Georgia Gwinnett's keeper, Matija Gligorovic, in the 70th minute.
 
	- The Grizzlies struck first when Ellis Husband marked the first goal of the game off the assist from Jack Gurr (63').
 
	- The golden goal came in the 117th minute from Krishna Clarke who was assisted by S. Sampaio Gomes.
 
	- Freshman goalkeeper Jose Doming Xam-mar (1-2) had five saves in the loss while the Grizzlies' Gligorovic (5-0-1) was forced to stop six Tech attempts.
 
	- The teams were even with seven shots on frame each while Georgia Gwinnett held the advantage in corner kicks, 6-3.

LAST MEET
	- Men's cross country team ran to a ninth place finish at the Friendship Invite, hosted by Cedarville University, while the women's squad finished tenth.
 
	- Pacing the men was sophomore Robert Jones who finished with a time of 27:42.2.
 
	- Following Jones was freshman Michael Ecker-Randolph , clocking a time of 28:10.4.
 
	- Freshman Steven Smith was Tech's next runner as he crossed the line in 29:21.2.
 
	- Freshman Alex Bolt finished the 8k course with a time of 29:29.9 and fellow classmate Joe Robison rounded out the team's top five, ending with a time of 30:38.1
 
	- Junior Katie Ervin was the women's top finisher, clocking a 22:49.3.
 
	- Freshman Makenzy Mandeville completed the race with a time of 23:43.2 while first-year runner Hannah Pride and freshman Rebecca Sheets were the third and fourth Golden Bears to cross the finish line with a times of 23:49.1 and 23:58.5 respectively.
 
	- Freshmen Kaeley Boyd (25:34.6) and Alexis Sheets (25:42.2) rounded out the finishers for the Gold and Blue.
