BECKLEY, West Virginia -- WVU Tech softball earned a 4-3 walk-off victory over NCAA DII Glenville State College in game two after falling 10-8 to begin the doubleheader series. The Golden Bears now hold a record of 10-12 while the Pioneers move to 6-12.
In game two, junior
Kelsey Moore tallied two home runs and four RBI including a walk-off dinger that ended the contest with a 4-3 Golden Bear W.
Fellow classmate
Kayte Blandford led the series with a 3-for-4 effort including a double, a RBI and a run scored.
Sophomore
Alexis Lopez finished with three hits and two runs scored to go with a triple.

Jacey Bertalan and sophomore
Maddie Bowles marked two hits each. Bowles also recorded two RBI, a double and a run scored.

Kennedy Batchelor posted three RBI off a double and two runs scored.

Karina Atanacio was awarded the win in game two after 3.2 innings pitched, one strike out and zero earned runs.

Taylor Dickerson struck out four batters after 6.0 innings and junior
Amanda McDonald threw for 4.1 innings towards one strike out.
The Gold and Blue return to River States Conference (RSC) play this weekend when they head to Ohio to face Cincinnati Christian University then Ohio Christian University.
