BECKLEY, West Virginia -- WVU Tech men's basketball earned its second consecutive victory with a 77-58 decision over Bluefield College Tuesday evening. The Golden Bears now hold a record of 2-2 while the Rams move to 0-1.
The Gold and Blue had four players hit double-digits including a team-best 19 points from sophomore
Darrin Martin. He also posted seven assists, four rebounds and a block.
Senior
Andreas Jönsson was next, pouring in 18 points including six made from three-point range. Jönsson finished with five assists, three steals and four rebounds.
Sophomore
Ashton Parker tallied 15 points, seven rebounds, three blocks, two assists and a steal.
Freshman
Thomas Hailey rounded out Tech's top scorers with 12 points. Hailey also pulled down a team-best eight boards to go with two assists.
The Golden Bears will return to the court Saturday when they host Carolina University.
