PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- WVU Tech women's swimming took down University of Pikeville (66-17) and fell to Shawnee State University (172-42) to begin the 2021-2022 season.
Andrea Segovia touched second in the 200 Free with a time of 2:27.68.
Mia Wildman was first in the 100 Back at 1:16.42.
During the 100 Breast,
Daniela Bohr ended second (1:25.28) while Segovia finished third (1:28.37).
Bohr was able to record a third place showing in the 50 Free at 33.48.
The top two spots in the 200 Free went to Segovia (1:08.29) and Wildman (1:09.49).
In the 200 IM, Bohr captured second place with a time of 2:55.89.
WVU Tech will next travel to Morgantown, West Virginia for the West Virginia State Games October 8-9.
