MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- The 2022 River States Conference (RSC) Men's Soccer Championship qualifiers and bracket are set after the completion of the regular season on Saturday, October 29. Six teams will battle it out November 5, 9 and 12 at campus sites around the conference for the RSC's automatic bid to the NAIA National Championship. 

WVU Tech earned the No. 1 seed in the bracket with 25 points in the final standings and by tiebreaker over No. 2 seed University of Rio Grande (Ohio). Both teams were 8-0-1 RSC with a 1-1 tie head to head. The second tiebreaker went to the Golden Bears with fewer goals conceded in conference play. WVU Tech (13-2-3) and Rio Grande (12-3-2) will each receive a bye into the semifinals where they will host on November 9. 

The Golden Bears blanked Indiana University East 3-0 on senior day Saturday as they celebrated Lucas Rivera Paramio, Jason Constable, Matthew King, Andrija Milenkovic, Ruben Martin Macias, Endjick Albert, Luis Alejandro Jaimes, Edward Tordoff, Abdelrahman Rabie, Josue Nunez, Ivan Martinez, Alvaro Lores Redondo, Oleg Tarshin, Frank Rodriquez and A'mir Hironimus

Brescia (Ky.) University (5-3-1 RSC) earned the No. 3 seed and will host No. 6 seed Indiana University East (4-3-2 RSC) in the quarterfinals on November 5. The winner will move on to play at No. 2 Rio Grande. 

The other quarterfinal matchup features No. 4 seed Point Park (Pa.) University (4-2-3 RSC) hosting No. 5 Oakland City (Ind.) University (4-3-2 RSC) on November 5 as well. The survivor plays at No. 1 WVU Tech. 

The finals will be Nov. 12 at the highest remaining seed. 

Oakland City and IU East both had 14 points in the final standings. Oakland City won the second tiebreaker on RSC goals conceded to get the fifth seed.
