Four new records written in the book for indoor track & field

WOOSTER, Ohio -- WVU Tech indoor track & field recorded four new program records and both teams finished sixth while competing at the Fighting Scots Invitational Saturday.

Scot Center | Wooster, Ohio

NOTES:

Abigail Holley posted a new school record in the indoor shot put with a throw of 6.54m.
Owen Keeney surpassed his own program record with a 1.90m high jump showing and a first place finish.
The women's 2x400 relay team of Kelsey Huffman, Sophie Quinlan, Martina Latapi Gomez and Lexie Wikel now hold Tech's record with a 2:11.33.
Samuel Whitcomb, Lorenzo Grispello, Alec Howard and Fabrizio Balarezo made up the men's 2x400 relay team who has the program-best at 1:44.92.

NEXT UP
The Golden Bears will travel for the Jim Wuske Invitiational Saturday, February 1 in Alliance, Ohio.
