No. 13 WVU Tech meets No. 4 Concordia Nebraska in the opening round of the NECC Division VII Nationals bracket.
The Golden Bears enter nationals following a strong season that included an 8-1 overall record and a third-place finish in the NECC Division VII Northeast playoffs. WVU Tech built momentum throughout the spring, winning six consecutive matches, including postseason victories over New England College Grims Red and the University of New Haven.
Concordia Nebraska enters as the No. 4 seed in the national bracket and presents one of the top challenges in Division VII. The Bulldogs earned their position through consistent play throughout the season and now look to advance out of the opening round.
The winner will move on to the NECC Division VII Nationals semifinal, scheduled for May 1.
