2009 Athlete of the year.

2011 season:
Ali saw action in all 40 games for the Golden Bears at 3rd base. Holmes finished the year hitting .248 with 3 homeruns to her credit. She helped pace the team with 31 hits and held a .899 fielding percentage.

2010 Season:
Playing in 35 of 51 games as a freshman.  Ali paced the year with .238 batting average while hitting 2 homeruns and 7 doubles. She was able to drive in 14 runs while scoring 20 times over the course of the season.  Defensively she held a .887 fielding percentage.

Coaches Comments:
The return of Ali at 3^rd base is key to anchoring down our corner defense. Ali’s potential to be not only a huge threat in the line-up but show a presents on the field. I look for Ali to produce very well in the heart of the line-up.
