MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- WVU Tech freshman Emma Crisswell is the River States Conference (RSC) Softball Pitcher of the Week for February 14-20.
A native of Williamstown, Pennsylvania, Crisswell posted a 0.64 ERA in three outings during the time period considered for the award. She covered 11.0 innings and compiled a 2-0 record. Crisswell racked up 11 strikeouts and just one walk while surrendering five hits.
She had a complete game with seven strikeouts and one walk in a victory over Bluefield, 5-1. She also had two relief appearances that lasted 2.0 innings each to secure victories over Alice Lloyd and St. Andrews.
WVU Tech is 7-1 and will be at University Pikeville on March 3.
