Freshman Tristen Kilman has been named a Golden Bear Star Performer for Oct. 15-21.

Kilman netted her first collegiate goal which quickly turned into her first career hat trick in WVU Tech's 5-0 defeat over Penn State Beaver Oct. 15 by scoring two more goals.

The freshman produced her first goal, unassisted in the 28th minute, only four minutes after she entered the game and on her first attempt of the day.

The daughter of Dana Hernandez hails from Yucaipa, California and is studying investigative science as a Golden Bear.
