Golden Bear Athletes of the Week for January 26 - February 5, 2021 were announced Tuesday by the WVU Tech Athletic Department. Senior Juvante' Hayes (men's basketball) and sophomore Brianna Ball (women's basketball) headline this week's honors.

Ball, who hails from Cincinnati, Ohio, had a standout showing in Tech's last match-up, pouring in a career-high 22 points.

She totaled 42 points over four games including hitting double-figures in three contests.

The forward also pulled down 23 rebounds and had four steals, two assists and a block.
