Golden Bear Athletes of the Week for February 6-14, 2021 were announced Thursday by the WVU Tech Athletic Department. Freshman Guillermo Usechi (men's swimming) and sophomore Brenna Emery (women's swimming).

A native of Herndon, Virginia, Emery touched fifth in the 100 Back with a time of 1:05 during the AAC Championship.

The sophomore also helped the following relay teams to top five finishes – 200 Medley Relay (5th, 2:09) and the 400 Free Relay (4th, 4:08).
