Senior Daniel Ramirez has been named a Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for October 14-20, 2016.

Ramirez scored the winning goal in a 2-1 River States Conference contest against Point Park University in the 89th minute. In 15 games, the Rivas Vaciamadrid, Madrid, Spain native has posted six goals and two assists in 2016.

The son of Jose Ramirez is majoring in computer engineering at WVU Tech.
