Senior Michala Dean has been named a Golden Bear Athlete of the Week for October 28 - November 3, 2016.

Dean marked her 1,000^thcareer dig in the win over Bluefield College Thursday.

The Algoma, Wisconsin native picked up 78 digs last week towards her total of 648 this season as a libero.
