MONTGOMERY, West Virginia - WVU Tech men's and women's basketball will host the Neal D. Baisi Classic this weekend in Montgomery, West Virginia. The Classic features six games Friday-Saturday in the Baisi Athletic Center.

FRIDAY - NOVEMBER 21 Women's Basketball vs. Alice Lloyd College (Kentucky) - 4:00 p.m.The Golden Bears will begin their Baisi Classic experience with a match-up against Alice Lloyd College. The team is riding a two-game win streak and holds a 3-3 record in this young season.

Nia Nolan is currently leading Tech with 116 points, averaging 19.3 points per game. Junior
Cheyanne Lusk is on top when it comes to rebounds pulling down 7.2 rebounds per game on the average.
Men's Basketball vs. Barber-Scotia College - 6:00 p.m. The men's team is coming off a strong showing at NCAA DI foe Marshall University Tuesday evening though dropping the contest 87-65. As a team, Tech shot 40 percent (26-for-65) from the field while forcing 24 Marshall turnovers on defense.

Sharife Sergeant are neck-and-neck when it comes to the top offensive spot for the Golden Bears so far. Thomas with 73 points (14.6 p/g) and Sergeant with 72 points (14.4 p/g).
Wrestling vs. Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology - 7:00 p.m. - CANCELLEDSATURDAY - NOVEMBER 22 Wrestling at McDaniel Green Terror Duals - 12:00 p.m. The wrestling squad continues their season in Westminster, Maryland for the McDaniel Green Terror Duals. The Golden Bears are 6-2 this season, coming off a tough loss to Ohio Valley University Tuesday evening.
The Golden Bears' streak of three consecutive wins against the Fighting Scots came to an end by a score of 26-15. The team's best performance was by sophomore
Colton Rowe, who stayed unbeaten on the season, moving to 7-0.
Women's Basketball vs. University of Rio Grande - 5:00 p.m. Tech will end their weekend in a contest vs. the University of Rio Grande. The RedStorm are coming into the tournament with a 4-1 record, dropping their latest match-up to West Virginia State University, 61-53.
The Golden Bears are looking for the same offensive efforts seen vs. Virginia University of Lynchburg, six Golden Bears scored in double-digits for WVU Tech including a career-day from freshman guard
Kaitlynn Propst. The freshman produced a game-high 21 points to add to her seven rebounds.
Men's Basketball vs. Washington Adventist University - 7:00 p.m.WVU Tech will finish out the Baisi Classic in Montgomery with the nightcap vs. Washington Adventist University. The Golden Bears are a perfect 5-0 so far in 2014 while the Shock hold a record of 2-3 this season.
On Friday, the Baisi Athletic Center will host a contest between Rio Grande and Washington Adventist (2:00 p.m.). Saturday, the non-WVU Tech match-up will be between Rio Grande and Barber Scotia (3:00 p.m.).
